Single Serving. Awesome for those of us who want something sweet every now and then without making an entire cake!
Note – Name is derived from 3 Tbsp. dry mix, 2 Tbsp. Water nad 1 Minute in microwave.
Supplies:
1 box Any Flavor Cake Mix
1 box ANGEL FOOD cake mix
1 small box instant pudding (in same flavor as the cake mix OR a flavor that compliments the cake mix flavor)
water
You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together and shake in a big ziploc bag. Store mixture in airtight container until you get the urge for dessert.
Then just put 3 level Tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big microwaveable coffee mug [lightly sprayed with Pam or Non-stick spray] and stir in 2 level Tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake!
Top with fruit, ice cream, whipped cream or whatever!
** Keep your “bag of cake mix” stored in your dry and cool pantry for up to 2 months.

Here’s a free printable from Patti Estep over at Hearth and Vine for the tags to tie on to the jar. Just click on the images and you will go to a pdf, that can be printed or downloaded. Cut out the instructions and glue to the backing tag.
