Let’s Celebrate

Independence Day is here again

Time to celebrate

But first lets thank our forefathers

They did something really great.

How nice it is, our freedom

To make our private choice

We can sit back quietly

Or stand and have a voice.

The hot dogs and the fire works

Have fun from dusk til dawn

True meaning let us not forget

Our history will go on.

So have a happy day my friends

And celebrate the day

But don’t forget our precious troops

Without family far away.
